Marshall County Arts Commission Calendar 2017
The Marshall County Arts Commission Board meets every fourth Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in the Arts Center ~ the public is invited.

All programs/events are held at the Children's Art Center unless otherwise noted.

Visual Art (grades 1-4) meets on Mondays from 3:30pm - 4:45pm.
Kids Pop Khorus (grades 2-8) meets on Mondays from 4:00pm - 5:00pm.
The Children's Theatre meets on Tuesdays from 3:30pm - 5:00pm.
Visual Art (grades 5-12) meets on Wednesdays from 3:30pm - 5:00pm.
The Youth on Stage meets on Thursdays from 3:30pm - 5:00pm.

January 17 - Line Dancing Class - Tuesdays for 5 weeks at 6:00pm

January 25 - Needle Felting Class at 9:30am

January 26 thru February 28 - Marshall County Recycling's Trash Sculpture Contest Winners on display

February 1 - Card Stitching Class at 9:30am

February 6 - Middle School Writing Workshop / Constance Alexander from 3:30pm - 5:00pm

February 11 - Daddy Daughter Princess Ball ~ Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park Convention Center

February 21 - Grades 3-5 Student Dance Class - Tuesdays for 5 weeks at 5:00pm

February 21 - Ballroom Dance Class - Tuesdays for 5 weeks at 6:00pm

March 10 - Art Teachers Reception from 3:00pm - 5:00pm

March 13 - Paper Mache Class from 9:00am - 12:00pm - Part 1

March 20 - Paper Mache Class from 9:00am - 12:00pm - Part 2

March 30 - MCHS Improv Team will Perform at 7:00pm

April 25 - Children's Theatre Performance at 6:30pm

May 15 - Kidz Pop Khorus Performance at 6:30pm

May 18 - Youth on Stage Performance at 7:00pm

June 5 - 16 - smART Camp from 8:30am - 11:30am (Monday thru Friday)

June 8 - "Who Shot Terry Mike Jeffrey!?" - A Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre at 7:00pm

July 8 - Terry Mike Jeffrey ~ Kenneth Shadowen Performing Arts Center at 7:00pm

July 10 - 14 - American Girl Camp from 9:00am - 11:30am

September 18 - Needle Felting Class (pumpkins) from 9:30am - 12:00pm
